So simple to turn out so cute (if I say so myself)!
I just took PVC pipe and cut it into ten 12" pieces.
Then I mod-podged scrapbook paper on them.
Hot glue them all together and wrap with pretty fabric. For the hanger, I took the strip of fabric and thread it through the top pipe.

Terri, woo hoo, this is incredible. I can say that I have NEVER seen this before, that is awesome. I love seeing new creations, and this is surely a really cool one.
