That was the only thing I could think of to call it. You know, an old shutter to show off all those masterpieces!
Greg brought me this home the other day from a house they were working on.
It was wood and in really bad shape.
I started by painting it all black and used chalkboard paint on the slats.
I modpodged scrapbook paper on the sides and top & bottom. Notice I did the shutter upside down so you could clip the artwork on the slats. I used stickers for the middle and words at the top.
I glued crayons to clothespins to use as clips. I need to make more of these as magnets for the refrigerator. Maybe next week.
All that's left to do is hang those beautiful pictures!

Oh I love this. I try so hard not to clutter up the front of our fridge, but it's really hard not to! The kids would love this. And those crayon clips are TOO cute!
