It's about that little guy.
He was another one of those easy peasy things to do. I just painted a 4" wooden hoop brown and put it over burlap.
Add buttons for eyes and felt for the beak and feet.
Here's my tip of the week and find of the year. I glued the ribbon pieces together before I hot glued them on the back of the hoop. I used Aleene's Tacky Glue that comes in a little tube now. It works perfect! This may have been around for years and I just missed it, but it's fabulous! I really didn't need all those stupid pins I put in before I glued it, it stuck immediately and was so much easier than squeezing the big bottle.
I know he's missing his red thingy (whatever it's called). He had one but I didn't like it.
It looked like drool.
I'll be linking Here this week.

I have crafted since a young child. It runs through my veins. This is absolutely beautiful and I do plan to make one for myself. I have been a great fan of Aleene's for years. I swear by her products. Tacky Glue is great, but try her Fast Grab Tacky Glue. HONESTLY, it grabs fast, yet you still have time to reposition. The only glue I use now. Keep up your beautiful work! and, Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Very cute! Love how he started with the hoop!
