I had the fabric in my stash and just kind of winged it one day.
The tan piece I cut to 40" x 16" and the ruffle is 10" x 26".
I turned all the raw edges in 1/4" and then another 1/2" and ironed and sewed.
Do the same thing with the ruffle and then sew a long basting stitch about 1 1/2" down.
Pin the ruffles on the short ends of the runner.
I sewed a double row of stitches to match the sides. I just think it looks more finished that way.
I absolutely love the way it matches the wallpaper! I also made the placemats, I'll show you those later this week.
Today is the very last day for the 250 Free Business Cards Giveaway. Be sure to hop over and enter if you haven't already.
