It's a Party! #99

I'm so sorry I didn't get features up this morning. I had an early doctor's appointment and thought I had the post scheduled, but obviously, I didn't.

I had to meet with a hand surgeon because I've got trigger finger in my right hand. My middle finger, when I bend it, stays bent in and locks and I've got to take my other hand and pop it back. Greg keeps telling me that at least it's bending down and not up!

She said today that it's a pretty severe case and scheduled surgery for Monday. Can that be good? Surgery on April Fool's Day?

Hey, here's a way for me to quit thinking and worrying about it. Let's have a party!

Link up anything you want to share with us this week. It can be your fabulous craft, yummy recipe, giveaway, shop, etc.

I'll feature the Top 5 most viewed links next Wednesday.

I would love for you to follow A Creative Princess while you're here!

If you would like to grab an It's a Party button (on the sidebar) and post it on your blog somewhere, that would be great! Let's get the word out and grow this party.
The more the merrier!

We all love comments, so please visit other links and have fun!

I have never heard of such a crazy thing with your finger! And I was amazed that you went to see the Dr and are having your Op so soon. I guess I am used to living in England where we count our hospital waiting lists in years, not days. Hope it goes well.

Sorry to hear about your trigger finger, Terri! I told you that Greg and Kevin were twins separated at birth, didn't I??? also separated by several years, no doubt. lol
Anyway, when his cousin was here a couple weeks ago, I asked him if he has any trouble with arthritis. He said, 'Yeah, in this finger.' (That'll teach me to ask!) :-)

Hi Terri, better to just get in and get it done. I think you should go in all prepared to play an April's fools joke on them. I'll let you know if I think of one. I'll be praying for a big success! Thank you for being our lovely hostess. Happy Easter. Love, Wanda

Whoa now, Terri! A middle finger operation on April Fool's Day? Is this a joke? If not, good luck and thanks for taking the time to host.

Haha Terry, that's no joke...surgery on April Fool's Day! My son had a knee reconstruction on April Fool's Day a few years ago and I can tell you he certainly wasn't laughing! Hope all goes well,

Hope all goes well with the surgery, Terri ! My son had to have his wisdom teeth removed a few months ago and the first opening was on a Friday the 13th !! Obviously, both of us almost shouted at the poor receptionist that we'll take the next opening - 3 weeks later ;-) Thanks for hosting this week !

Hi Terri. I had trigger thumb surgery a few years ago. It heals quickly and didn't have me down for too long. I wish your surgery and recovery to be just as swift and clean as mine was!!
