It's a Party! #100

We'll get to the party in just a second, but I wanted to take this time to thank everyone again for all the kind words and encouragement about my hand surgery that I had on Monday. It meant so much to me to know you cared.

That's what my trigger finger looked like right before surgery. It would bend down like that and I would have to take my other hand and pop it back up. The surgeon went in and cut the tendon sheath to that finger in the palm of my hand.

The surgery went well, but I've got to tell you that I can hardly move it all right now. It's kind of disappointing. Sometimes I tend to live in "pink bunny land" and I thought I would be back to normal that same day. Umm...not.

It's getting better day by day and I get the stitches out and start physical therapy next Monday. I'm getting real tired of not being able to craft and right now I'm typing with one good hand and one finger on the other. Fun!

Okay, enough about me. I want to see what you all have been up to!
Let's get this party started!

Link up anything you want to share with us this week. It can be your fabulous craft, yummy recipe, giveaway, shop, etc.

I'll feature the Top 5 most viewed links next Wednesday.

I would love for you to follow A Creative Princess while you're here!

If you would like to grab an It's a Party button (on the sidebar) and post it on your blog somewhere, that would be great! Let's get the word out and grow this party.
The more the merrier!

We all love comments, so please visit other links and have fun!

Wishing you a speedy recovery!! My trigger thumb didn't take long to heal, after the surgery, and has been trigger-free since then. Love the pink bandage!!

I had trigger finger surgery last year. It was on my right hand. I didn't go through any therapy. If you just had it on Monday you need to slow down a bit. It will get better. I know mine stayed swollen for awhile because I was glad to finally wear my wedding ring. I don't remember any pain or any problems after the initial healing. Isn't it a weird thing. Mine came on in a short period of time and progresses really quickly. Good luck.

I do hope you get better soon!
There will always be crafting. This is the time you can relax with a drink of preference, in front of Pinterest and dot down ideas you might want to try.
Thank you so much for hosting!
