Easter Bunny Door Hanging

Can you believe it's almost Easter? It hit me last week and so I started digging out the Easter decor.

One of the things I found was the soft bunny hoop that I made last year (Here). I used it on the back door and had it hanging by itself. I thought I would add a little to it this year for the front door.

Hobby Lobby had this patch of fake grass and it seemed just what the bunny needed.

I hot glued the hoop to the grass along with a few plastic eggs.

Hang from a cute pink ribbon and now he's moved to the front door.

Have an awesome weekend!

It's a Party! #203

Welcome to the party and thank you so much for stopping by!

If you missed the features this morning, they're Here.

I'm on my way out the door to go pick up my brand spankin' new embroidery machine. I've always wanted one and can't wait to start playing with it! I sure hope I can figure it out. I'm going to take the classes that Joann's offers and that should help.

Okay, let's get this party started!

Link up anything you want to share with us this week. It can be your fabulous craft, yummy recipe, giveaway, shop, etc.

I'll feature the Top 5 most viewed links next Wednesday. I started a board on Pinterest where I pin all of the fabulous features. You can follow along Here.

I would love for you to follow A Creative Princess while you're here!

If you would like to grab an It's a Party button (on the sidebar) and post it on your blog somewhere, that would be great! Let's get the word out and grow this party.
The more the merrier!

We all love comments, so please visit other links and have fun!

Jute Monogram

I made a Faux Patina Monogram (Here) a few months ago, but I decided to change it up a little.

Okay, actually I changed it a lot! The only thing that stayed the same was the wood W. It's really simple to do, but it does take a little bit to wrap the jute all around it. I used hot glue to start the jute and applied it every now and then to make sure it stayed. I added the sunflower after it was wrapped for that little extra pop.

That wall going up the stairs is going to be a gallery wall. Right now it's just a bunch of random frames hanging waiting to all be painted the same color.

I'm still working on convincing Greg that the wallpaper needs to go and the wall painted. So far, he seems to be ignoring me.

Have a marvelous Monday!

The Saddlebag Purse Pattern

I recently finished a new (and now my favorite) purse by Samantha from At Home with Mrs. H. As many of you already know, she is an awesome purse designer and I'm one of the lucky ones who get to test her patterns for her.

I love the extra detail this purse has, like the strap on the front for the flap.

It has tons of room in it, including two pockets, one zippered and the other divided.

I love everything about this purse, but my favorite part is the huge pocket in the back. That's the perfect spot for my phone and keys.

This pattern is designed for beginners and her directions are so easy to follow. Even if you've never attempted a purse before, you can make this one.

Samantha's patterns are available at Patterns to Print and Etsy.
